Air Fryer Recipes

Hot
Dogs

You will need, Hot Dogs, Hot Dog Buns and any garnish you fancy!

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 180 degrees. 

  2. Place your hot dogs in the basket in a single layer. 

  3. Air Fry for up to 5 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking (Keep in mind jumbo hot dogs can tak as long as 10 minutes so adjust your timing based on size!)

  4. Remove your hot dogs and place back in the air fryer in the buns. 

  5. Cook for a couple of minutes before serving with any garnish or sauce you like. 

Mexican
Stuffed
Peppers

You will need, whole peppers (any colour), olive oil, white onion, lean minced beef, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

  1. Prepare the peppers by cutting off the tops and removing any seeds or veins from inside.

  2. In a medium sized pan fry your thinly diced onion and cook until almost tender.

  3. Add in the minced beef and cook until no longer pink.

  4. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix until combined and cooked.

  5. Whilst cooking, pre-heat your Air Fryer to 180 degrees.

  6. Fill your peppers with the mixture before placing into the Air Fryer and cook at 180 or until tender (usually around 10 minutes).

  7. Top your peppers with cheese then cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese.

Corn on 
the Cob

You will need melted butter, parsley, salt and corn!

  1. Pre-heat your Air Fryer to 200 degreess.

  2. Mix the melted butter, parsley and sea salt in a bowl before covering your corn with the mixture.

  3. Place the corn cobs into the air fryer basket and cook them for around 15 minutes, turning the corn halfway through.

  4. Remove from the AirFryer and enjoy!

  5. Feel free to change your seasoning to your own liking.

You will need Large White Onions, breadcrumbs, buttermilk, flour, two medium egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other seasoning you wish.

  1. Peel your onions and cut into thick slices (about half an inch) before separating the layers and placing into a separate bowl.

  2. In a bowl beat your eggs with buttermilk until well combined.

  3. In a second bowl combine flour, salt and garlic powder.

  4. In a third bowl place your breadcrumbs (panko works best).

  5. Dip each onion ring first into the flour, then the buttermilk mixture before coating in breadcrumbs. Set on a baking sheet while you do the rest.

  6. Preheat your Air Fryer to 180 degrees. Spray the onion rings lightly with an oil spray.

  7. Transfer your onion rings into the air fryer basket in a single layer, work in batches if you have to.

  8. Air Fry for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  9. Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice

Potato 
Wedges

You will need potatoes (Maris Piper work great!), olive oil, salt and rosemary.

  1. Slice your potatoes into even wedge shapes, you can take the skin off or leave it on.

  2. Preheat your Air Fryer to 190 degrees.

  3. Place your potatoes into a large bowl and toss with olive oil salt and rosemary (or any other seasoning you desire).

  4. Place your potatoes in an even 1 layer in for air fryer basket.

  5. Air Fry for 10 minutes before flipping and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Slow Cooker Recipes

Pulled
Pork

You will need, pork shoulder, 1 onion, smoked paprika, cinnamon, flour, olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, apple juice, honey.

  1. Slice your onion and put them at the bottom of your slow cooker.

  2. In a small bowl mix together your salt, ground black pepper, smoke paprika and cinnamon before rubbing over the pork.

  3. Heat oil in a large pan and roll your spiced pork in the flour before putting it into the pan to sear on all sides.

  4. Once your pork is beginning to turn a golden colour pop it on top of the onions in the slow cooker.

  5. In a jug combine your garlic cloves, apple juice and honey (add black treacle, apple cider vinegar and onion marmalade if you can). Before pouring over your pork.

  6. Pop the lid on and cook on the low setting for 8 hours.

  7. Once finished remove the pork from the slow cooker leaving everything else behind and use two forks to shred .

  8. Serve how you prefer.

You will need meaty pork ribs, barbecue sauce, pork stock cubes, bay leaves, coriander seed, mustard seed and peppercorn.

  1. Put 4tbsp of barbecue sauce, 2 pork stock cubes, 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp of coriander, 1tp mustard seed and 1ssp of peppercorn along with your meat into the low cooker.

  2. Top with enough water to cover.

  3. Cook on low for 8-9 hours until very tender but not falling off the bone.

  4. Heat the oven to 220c/200 fan/ gas mark 7. Basted with the remaining barbecue sauce and lay on a foil lined oven tray.

  5. Cook for 20-30 minutes until they start to crisp on the outside.

  6. Alternatively pop them on the barbecue and turn occasionally until piping hot throughout.

Chicken 
Fajitas

You will need, brown onion, red and green peppers, 3 large chicken breast, garlic cloves, canned crushed tomatoes, lime juice, chilli, salty, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, cumin.

  1. Peel and cut your veg before placing into the base of the slow cooker.

  2. Combine your seasonings in a small bowl before coating the chicken and placing into the low cooker.

  3. Distribute your garlic, tinned tomatoes and squeeze over the lime juice.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

  5. Once finished cooking remove chicken from the slow cooker and slice or shred. Return to the sauce and stir to combine.

  6. Serve on warm tortillas with guacamole, sour cream and salsa on the side.

You will need hot dogs and buns and toppings of your choice.

  1. Place as many hot dogs as you can, standing up and side by side in your slow cooker.

  2. Cook for 1-2 hours or until hot dogs are cooked through.

  3. Serve in a bun with your favourite toppings.

Lamb
Gyros

You will need red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, mint, garlic powder, cinnamon, black pepper, sea alt, onion, cucumber, lemon, flatbreads and lamb shoulder (bone in).

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, oil, dried herbs, garlic granule, cinnamon and pepper.

  2. Put the lamb in a dish or sturdy food bag and pour the seasoning mix. Marinade for at least an hour but you will get better taste if you marinade overnight.

  3. Heat the slow cooker to low and place the lamb inside. Cook for 5 hours then up the slow cooker to high and cook for another hour.

  4. Shred and serve in Greek Flatbreads with your onion and cucumber dressed with lemon along with any sauce or other fillings you like.
