ABOUT US
Roystonhill Community Hub is a friendly social space for learning, leisure and culture. We are located at 174 Roystonhill, in the very heart of Royston.
OUR STORY
Roystonhill Community Hub is owned and operated by Spire View Housing Association and was created thanks to funding from a variety of organisations including the National Lottery Community Fund, the Scottish Government and several local Housing Associations.
The Hub is located on the site of the former Rainbow Hall, a much-loved community space which was originally the church hall of the Townhead-Blochairn Parish Church, dating back to 1886. The church was sadly demolished in 1997, and now only the spire remains. Built in 2019, the Hub preserves the historic facade of the original building.
Today, the Hub remains at the heart of the community, with a range of halls and rooms available for both commercial and community use, in addition to hosting both a much-needed community pantry and much-loved local cafe on the premises. With community events, groups and classes happening daily, why not come along and see what's going on?
