Young at Heart
Young @ Heart is an involving programme held at the Royston Community Hub on the Hill every Thursday from 10am till 3pm.
It offers people over 50's, in the Royston community, the occasion to come in, have a meal, a cuppa and have a gab with other people in the community.
It gives elderly people, who are maybe feeling isolated, the opportunity to step out of the house, see some friends, make some new ones or just have a lovely wee day out - plus sometimes there will even be a quiz to keep everyone on their toes.
